• almond is a for lack of a better term reclusive woman. she mainly hangs around her small circle of friends, particularly carlo who she lives with, becuase those are the few she feels are trustworthy and being around others makes her very nervous. around those she trusts she can be blunt [although she doesn't mean it in a rude way] and a bit sarcastic or able to joke around and just generally able to express her feelings, but around those she doesn't yet know or that seem like a threat she will close herself off and try to leave the situation, not wanting to risk potential harm or people reckognizing her, which doesn't happen much at all even though she was a very famous musician in the early 2000s before she died and got reanimated. anyway she is able to feel slightly more comfortable around strangers or in public if she is around people she trusts as you can infer.
• her backstory is that when she was ayoung child she was abandoned by her parents and as a result her home was a cave near the school she went to. around the same time in the cave she started seeing a shadowy figure on the walls and floor andstuff that seemed to be talking to her and smiling weirdly, but she paid no mind to this because she was like 6. she during school met this kid named jackie who seemed a bit out of place compared to the others, and they became friends until he blew up the school and almond had to find a new one to go to. not much interesting happens so time skip, almond is now like 17ish..? she remeets jackie and both of them changed a whole lot and he isn't as violent so that's cool. oh also between this point and her childhood almond found out she really liked music, it was one of the only things she cared about and s o she spent all her time in the cave learning music theory and stealing instruments and estrogen and also composing songs. crappy songs but songs. jackie heard her composistions and thought they were fire so they decided then to form a band christened behold the future, but they spent a bit honeing their skills. almond was having fun and was becoming known, but had trouble cooperating with new members due to stress and also that she felt they just couldn't uderstand the vision like she and jackie could. will write moar l8r
